A Day in the Life of an RSI QA Analyst:
The QA Analyst will work on multiple, concurrent projects testing complex website and enterprise applications.
Responsibilities include developing and execution of test cases, comparing requirements to development, and reporting results and status to the various project teams.
The QA Analyst should be a motivated team player who is interested in learning the processes and life cycles of Quality Assurance.
Expertise an RSI Colleague will need:
Must have solid analytical and problem solving skills as well as have excellent oral and written communication skills
Must be able to closely interface with business units as well as development teams
Preferred 2 to 5 years of working knowledge of SQL and data modeling within various DB environments (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL)
Testing experience of web based applications
Should be comfortable working in an agile development environment
Must be able to work well individually as well as with a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

What You'll Do:
- Provide primary systems configuration and support for vendor-purchased Windows systems applications (including but not limited to Formscape, ArchiveManager, Sharepoint, SolarWinds, IronPort, Okta, Brightwork, etc.).
- Perform systems administration tasks in conjunction with other staff members to determine information needs, data flows, establish and control system access and security, monitor and optimize system performance, and initiate recovery plans after system failures.
- Provide support and maintenance of operating systems and network connectivity for Windows systems.
- Provide support and maintenance for MS-SQL systems.
- Participate in on-call rotation.
- Onsite work required. Hours: 8-5 M-F.
Beneficial Skills and Experience:
- 4-year degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of systems administration experience in multiple environments.
- Database experience in DB2.
- Significant multiple application system software installation, deployment and maintenance.
- Code management and revision control systems experience.
- PCI compliance procedures/workflows/security.
