A Day in the Life of an RSI Project Manager:
The Project Manager works closely with all functional groups and clients to understand product strategy and prioritize product development projects. The candidate will have experience leading client-facing activities, and possess the ability to interact with various teams in order to determine effectiveness and success. Prospective candidates must carry a blend of business and technical savvy, vision, and strong communication skills with respect to strategy, planning, execution and launch. This position requires a candidate who can direct projects from concept to completion, and communicate to all team members and clients involved in the project. This role requires our colleague to serve as a technical project manager and actively manage projects to deliver results. Planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting on projects and other initiatives pertaining to client engagements
Utilize customer knowledge, market vision, usage scenarios, and competitive analysis in close collaboration with client to understand product strategy and development priorities
Engage with technical, QA and design teams to manage and communicate development timelines, milestones and impediments
Author requirement documents, ensuring acquisition of strategic market requirements and their properly translation into product requirements
Analysis of competitive product offerings and positioning of product and features
Responsible for communication of project activities and outputs and product knowledge to our client
Act as the Be Product Expert/Leader that others will recognize for future application and strategy
Ability to interact with team members and client contacts to provide leadership and guidance in support of project goals and objectives
Expertise an RSI Colleague will need:
Minimum of two years experience in project management
Experience in release management and planning
Solid communication skills; written, verbal and presentation
Solid project management skills; detail oriented, self-directed
Strong analytical and strategic thought; skilled at both planning and hands-on execution
Positive attitude and energy, an excellent team player
Bachelor’s degree in Business or technical discipline, or equivalent knowledge and experience required

A Day in the Life of an RSI QA Associate:
The QA Associate will work on multiple, concurrent projects testing complex web/enterprise applications as well as data warehouses/database applications and help to provide testing of software applications and provide assistance to the software teams along the software development lifecycle. The candidate will also be responsible for helping to provide testing and maintenance of SQL solutions and assist database team during each release cycle based on business needs. Candidate will help in the development and execution of manual queries and data scripts to be used in analysis and testing of data enhancements and related data sets, with vague requirements and the creation of test plans for front end software applications and back end database solutions. As a QA Associate you will be a part of a team and we are looking for a motivated team player who is interested in learning and understanding the processes and life cycles of Quality Assurance and/or the application of these concepts with regards to data sets and reporting used by businesses.
Expertise an RSI Colleague will need:
Solid experience with SQL and data modeling, including the ability to write complex queries and/or Transact SQL to analyze and manipulate data (Minimum of one year experience in SQL and data modeling preferred)
Ability to work independently/coordinate report development with other teams as necessary.
The successful candidate must be able work in a highly dynamic environment and possess the ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical resources
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Strong analysis and problem-solving skills are essential
Understanding business data relationships
Data warehouse and ETL process experience are a plus

MyTap, an iOS app, is Pandora for craft beer. Imagine no longer be confused in the grocery store aisle about which craft beer to buy. In order to create an amazing recommendation system, MyTap is going to do what Pandora did for music. We are looking for a talented dev to help shape the product.
For this contract we are looking for a developer to build a beer data base/beer date base entry tool.
Our workflow will be agile, the designer working closely with the developer(s).
This very well will become an on going project.
