I'm a former high school physics and chemistry teacher who wrote lesson planning software for Mac and Windows (with a Rails backend) while teaching in Oregon. The lesson planning software gained in popularity and I eventually stopped teaching and starting writing software full-time. My lesson planning apps are again part-time work since I took a job working remotely and writing iOS software for Coupa in 2013.
