Tom Chepucavage has built a career around vision and innovation. Integrity has guided Tom in everything that he has done. He is the founder of ZiaHub, a mobile app focused on the Real Estate space saving Realtors and Buyers time and money. Tom was Vice President of Operations at boomtime, a digital marketing agency based in Albuquerque, and was responsible for nationwide delivery of industry-leading service for consumer and business customers. He began his career as an Analyst with Accenture, an experience that formed the foundation of his passion for technological innovation and those who deliver it. He served on an international team implementing continuous improvement with semiconductor manufacturer Intel in Israel, Korea, and Taiwan. Recently he served as Director of Operations for a company in Denver called Autopay which has $50M in funding from Red McCombs and other VCs. Tom attended Georgetown University in Washington D.C., majoring in Business Administration, and graduated from the Executive MBA Program at the University of Michigan. In addition to being a father of a 9-year-old girl, Tom is a two-time winner of the Rinchem Raw Meat sales achievement award and one time Rinchem Presidents Award for implementing Portfolio Management. He received the Robert Price Innovation Award at PNM in 2011 for a project that saved the company $1M in natural gas fuel costs annually. He is the Treasurer for the National Alliance for Mental Illness(NAMI) New Mexico. Tom is a passionate speaker on the topics of leadership and professional development, strategy, and innovation. He enjoys spending time with his 9 year old daughter, skiing and is an avid guitarist.
