Job Description
We are looking for a Front-End Web Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the discipline of programming. Responsibilities will include translation of the product requirements to low-resolution mock-ups to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application.
Responsibilities
Build beautiful, reusable UI components using React and D3
Create low-resolution mock-ups using Balsamiq
Participate in scrum development methodology
Develop automated tests to ensure reliability
Deliver robust commercial enterprise software
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
Skills And Qualifications
Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript
Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
Good understanding CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
Good understanding of at least one prominent JavaScript framework (i.e., React, Angular, Backbone, etc.)
Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
Good understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
Good understanding of Node, NPM and various dev tools used for building, linting code and automating workflow
