Developer Contract	TEKsystems Contact	Feb 4, 2016 10:05 pm	TThis position is in Santa Fe, NM and is a long term contract (>6 months). The perspective candidate will be involved in all aspects of the conversion of an existing application (based on PHP, Java, Classic ASP) to a .NET framework structure with a SQL Server back end. We would like the candidate to be able to multitask between development and documentation and to be able to communicate both technical and functional needs and changes to our program areas (end users). Additionally, the candidate must have the ability to provide a detailed test plan for the conversion. In the future, the candidate will also be involved in the configuration and maintenance of Web Services using the Orion Rhapsody Integration Engine. We will be looking for a candidate with a strong background in .NET/C# Development with at least 2 years in Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2. The immediate focus of the candidate will be to finish our website. (The previous developer was able to migrate the existing website into .NET framework but a lot of needed functionality is still lacking.) Daily tasks will include but not limited to: 1.) Maintaining an existing Web based application 2.) Data integration & Data Migration 3.) Enterprise Experience 4.) Web application Development – ASP.NET 5.) Text data parsing 6.)
